They helped us arrange transportation and gave us great recommendations for tours and restaurants. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Old Town Square. Our room was spacious, modern, and had a fantastic view. The breakfast service was delicious and the hotel even provided thoughtful extras like umbrellas. The hotel is located in the heart of Prague. Around the hotel there are many restaurants, shops, everything is close and very comfortable. We were on Christmas Day, very atmospheric. Great friendly staff, a bit of Russian speaking, which was nice. A big room with a balcony, overlooking the square. We have to keep in mind that the hotel is in a pedestrian zone and you can't reach it by car, you have to walk 50 meters, which is actually not difficult. The entrance to the hotel is through the restaurant. To the right of the door (beautiful iron gate) bell with the name of the hotel, the staff very quickly open, will not wait. Good hair dryer. High-quality cosmetics for the shower.
I can't say that I didn't like it, some facts were a bit surprising with the hotel claiming 5 stars and Premium Suite. 1. very modest 5-star breakfast that is served in the room due to the lack of a restaurant. 2. set of towels 1 large, 1 average per person, also does not meet the number of stars and needs of guests. You can report one for your hands. set of shampoo gels of good quality, again, 1 set for 2 people. That's weird. 3. balcony is lit with pigeons, but. You can at least make an automatic tent. risk of pigeons defecating on the head or the table is 100%. 4. room itself is big, uncomfortable. Dirty white leather sofa. Burnt stains on the door and by the bed headboard. By the way, bed is very comfortable, very narrow blankets. It's a meter wide. 5. Slippers are available on request. Bathrobes have seen the view and small size. In general, level of the hotel does not correspond to 5 stars, still it is 3 super. if in the Czech Republic stars are assigned for hotel location, there are no questions. Thank you to the staff for my weekend in Prague, I wish you more guests and quick fixes and, perhaps, management approach to your hotel.

Located on charming cobblestone streets, the hotel is within walking distance of most tourist attractions, saving you time and money. The rooms are uniquely large and feature huge windows that open onto a side street, giving you a taste of the local atmosphere. The accommodating staff adds to the charm, making your stay even more enjoyable.
Limited facilities such as no dining hall or lobby may disappoint some guests.

Being on the Old Town Square and right next to the astronomical clock, the location of this hotel is it's top selling point. The room was very good - lots of space, clean and comfortable. Having breakfast served in the room each morning was a really nice touch.
Our room was very close to reception and we would hear a bit of noise from this area in the morning, but this would only be a very minor complaint.

Travelled with my mom, so I was looking for a room with separate beds, this one fit all the parameters, the only thing is that there is no elevator in the building, but our room was on the second floor, so it did not bother us too much! We checked in very quickly! The room has a kettle, tea supplies, bathrobes, slippers on demand, umbrellas. There's a bathroom and a shower, which is also convenient! At the reception is always a jug of water and apples! The view of the old town square is stunning! Breakfast is served in the room, as there is no separate room for the restaurant! Breakfasts are usual: ham, cheese, yogurt, fruit salad, icing, omelette or chatterbox, tea, baking set, jam. It is very pleasant to drink tea and admire the square! The girl at the reception did not speak Russian, but there are Russian-speaking staff!
Rooms are not very fresh and clean, on the carpet dirty spots and some furniture is "shabby"! The bathroom is separated by glass walls and not completely closed ceiling, given that the ceilings in the room are 4 meters, the acoustics is such that every movement and sound amplifies, as in the microphone. No noise insulation in the room. Despite the fact that the windows are double and there are wooden shutters, they only protect from the sun. All the noise from the square can be heard in the room: under the windows there are restaurants with late visitors, and at night and in the morning they take out the garbage and bring in food, so there is almost no quiet time for rest! There is no shelf for shampoo jars in the shower, you have to put them on the floor or open the door and "build" them into the bathtub. Once at a bend did not calculate the distance to the wall and forehead bumped on the handle on the wall, complained to the administrator, promised to fix the inconvenience. It is interesting to know: will they fix them or not? There are no Russian-speaking TV channels.
